Jacket:
Premium Poly-XL™, High Energy Electron Beam cross-linked synthetic elastomer with polyester release barrier. Temperature range of +105°C to -40°C. Specifically engineered for the welding industry.

The total circuit length includes both welding power and ground leads at 60% duty cycle (average 4 volt drop). Values stated are based on copper temperatures of 60°C/140°F. In actual service, the cable may be loaded much higher than indicated without damage, as the ambient temperature will generally be lower than 60°C.
