Ordering: Customer service representatives are available to take your phone orders Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (Central Time).
Written purchase orders may be faxed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. E-mail orders are processed daily (PDF format is requested; encryption is not available. Please do not send sensitive data by e-mail). All orders are confirmed by fax unless otherwise directed.
When ordering, please include Company “Ship To” and “Bill To” addresses, contact name, contact phone number, fax number, purchase order number, part description, reference number, and quantity of each item. *Prepaid freight for Fast ‘N Easy® products is standard by UPS Ground or carrier of Electron Beam choice for orders over $250 to the Continental, “48”. Certain restrictions apply. Orders under $250 are shipped UPS Ground at the customer expense. Special handling, exports, and/or special instructions are at the customers expense and may require special arrangements.
Availability: Most orders of stock items (those listed on our price list) are shipped within 24 hours. Next day delivery is available to most areas, but is limited to stock on hand and if the order is received by 12:00 noon the day of shipment. No Minimum Order or Invoicing!
Special Orders: Please consult our customer service staff for pricing and delivery. Sorry, special order or non stock items and lengths are not returnable.
Terms: Visa, Master Card, C.O.D., Prepay, and Open Account (with approved credit and references) are available for payment. U.S. shipping is collect, third party billing, or prepaid. Contact us when exporting for shipping options.
Returns: All returns must be new and in original packaging. Only products of current design and delivery are available for return. Call Electron Beam Technologies, Inc. for a return authorization number (RA). The RA Number must be clearly printed and visible on the exterior of the shipping carton(s), and shipped prepaid to our factory. RA Numbers are valid for return within 30 days. All non-warranty returns are subject to restocking and/or repackaging charges.
Warranty: Electron Beam Technologies, Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in material and/or craftsmanship. Products found to be defective will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Electron Beam. No compensation is available for lost time or equipment damage resulting from use of products. Should warranty work be required, contact us for an RA number.
